Shipping & returns

Shipping within Czechia is free. To other EU countries it is a flat €5, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of payment, and delivery to EU countries takes 2–8 business days. You get a tracking number by e-mail.
You pay securely at checkout by card or one of the other methods offered there. We never see or store your card details.
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Send it back unworn, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging with proof of purchase, and write to info@metromood.store first. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We refund the price within 14 days of the withdrawal, to the same payment method.
We guarantee the goods are free of defects for 24 months from receipt. If a defect appears, e-mail info@metromood.store with a description and proof of purchase; we resolve it within 30 days. The warranty does not cover normal wear, mechanical damage, misuse or ignoring the care instructions.
